Biography

Kaveh Ostad-Ali-Askari, Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow & Research Assistant of Civil Engineering at Water Engineering Department, College of Agriculture, Isfahan University of Technology in Iran. Over his 12-year career, he has focused on Groundwater Modeling System (GMS). Kaveh currently works at the College of Agriculture, Department of Water Engineering, Isfahan University of Technology. Kaveh studies in GMS and Water Management. Their current projects are Environmental Impact Assessment, Solute Transport Modeling, GMS and Climate Change. He studies in the Department of Civil Engineering, Najafabad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Najafabad, Iran in 2019. Kaveh has published a large number of scientific books, reports, chapters, journals and conference papers. Kaveh has contributed to more than 500 publications in Journals, Books, Chapters and technical Reports. He has been successful in a number of research grants. Kaveh has been an Editorial Board Membership of 3 ISI International Journals and technical reviewer for about 30 ISI scientific Journals. He displays extensive teaching experience in groundwater modeling systems and hydrogeology, environmental science and climate change. Kaveh has taught and developed course material for about 10 subjects at various levels and supervised over 7 graduate Master students. Kaveh has worked with several companies in the groundwater area. During his American university Dubai & Canadian University Dubai affiliation, Kaveh has developed investigation and forecasting of the quantity of groundwater resources using the GMS model under climate change conditions. Recently, he had scientific visits from several countries, particularly the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Deutschland, United Arab Emirates and Qatar for scientific collaborations.
